Hadil Dalo is a 13-year-old girl from Gaza City who was born with congenital heart disease. Hadil had surgery in Israel at the age of six, but she can no longer can get treatment there and she is now in need of specialized surgical care that is not available to her in Palestine. She is in need of valvuluplasty and then a “Ross Procedure” operation, which is too complicated to be done by the PCRF cardiac surgery missions to Makassed Hospital. Dr. Stefano Luisi in Carrara/Messa, Italy has agreed to operate on her in his hospital, but it will cost $20,000 for her operation there.
