Ministry of religious affairs calls for internet warefare to protect holy sites

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)-- The Palestinian ministry of religious affairs called for strongly retaliating to the Israeli internet warfare against the occupied city of Jerusalem and the Aqsa Mosque and working on protecting the holy sites against the Zionist piracy.

The ministry stressed in a press release on Tuesday the need for penetrating and fighting the suspicious Zionist websites which provoke the feelings of Arabs and Muslims.

It warned that there is a new Zionist scheme against the holy city in general and Al-Buraq wall square (wailing wall) in particular that need such internet campaign.

For its part, Al-Aqsa foundation for endowment and heritage said that a number of Zionist and Jewish groups and movements launched lately an internet campaign aimed at internationalizing and Judaizing Al-Buraq wall and propagating fabricated ideas about the holy city.

Among these campaigns is a new electronic service known as the legacy of wailing wall fund which provides a chance for everyone around the world to take a virtual tour in underground tunnels below the Aqsa Mosque and Al-Buraq wall square and to send prayers to the wall.

Al-Aqsa foundation stated that these groups intend to expand their electronic activities and include other areas of the holy city.
